Anthony Lee "Tony" Fields , 69, of Hartford, WV, passed away Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at the Ohio State University Hospital, Columbus, OH, following an extended illness.

He was born April 22, 1951, in Mason, WV, a son of the late Earl and Maxine (Juhling) Fields.

Tony was a 1969 graduate of Wahama High School and retired from the maintenance department at Philip Sporn Plant with 48 years of service. He was a very likable person who never met a stranger. He enjoyed fishing, guns, atv riding and camping.

Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Linda (Roush) Fields; son, Casey Fields of New Haven; brothers, Steve Fields of Hartford, Scott (Tracy) Fields of Hartford; and a sister, Sue Fields of Point Pleasant; aunt, Doris (Bill) Grueser of Pomeroy; uncle, Eugene Fields of Hartford; and several nieces and nephews.

Service will be 4 p.m. Saturday, September 26, 2020 at Foglesong-Casto Funeral Home, Mason, WV, with Pastor Patrice Weirick officiating. Visitation will be Saturday from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. at the funeral home.
