Becky Ann (Gardner) Simpson, 75, of New Haven, WV, passed away August 21, 2023, at her home following an extended illness.

She was born April 10, 1948, in Point Pleasant, WV, a daughter of the late Carl A. Gardner II and Marjorie Jean (McDaniel) Gardner. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David Allen Simpson and infant son David Simpson II.

She was a graduate of Wahama High School and a homemaker. She enjoyed flea markets, auctions and Pioneer Woman décor.

Survivors include her son, Tony Simpson of New Haven, WV; daughter, Staci (Brad) Holsinger of Long Botton, OH; brothers, Bob (Carol) Gardner of New Haven, Bill (Peggy) Gardner of Point Pleasant, Carl "Cork" Gardner III and Dixie of Point Pleasant, Dan (Lisa) Gardner of New Haven.

Graveside service will be 12 :30 p.m. Thursday, August 24, 2023, in Graham Baptist Church Cemetery, New Haven, WV. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until 12 o'clock noon at the Foglesong Funeral Home, Mason, WV. A procession will leave the funeral home shortly after 12 o'clock to proceed to the cemetery.
