Carolyn Sue (Standiford) Neal, 77, of Portland, OH, went to be with her Savior Jesus Christ on October 29, 2023, at Camden Clark Medical Center, following an extended illness.

She was born September 7, 1946, in Moundsville, WV, a daughter of the late Elmer Glenn and Kathryn Myrtle (Rhome) Standiford. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband and love of her life Charles O. Neal Sr; brother, Charles "Eddie" Standiford; sister, Glenyce Gray; mother-in-law, Mildred K. Neal.

She is survived by her son, James (Kelly) Neal of Columbus, OH; daughter, April (Justin) Fraley of Portland, OH; stepson, Charles O. Neal Jr., and his wife Joy of Portland, OH; grandchildren, Cody (Ashley) Neal, Hunter Neal, Josalyn Lavender, Abagail Patterson, Ali Fraley; great grandchildren, Bentley, Tyler, and Quinn Neal all of Portland, OH.

Service will be 2 p.m. ~ November 4, 2023, at Foglesong Funeral Home, Mason, WV. Burial will follow in Graham Baptist Church Cemetery, New Haven, WV. Visitation will be from 12 o'clock noon until time of service at the funeral home.
