Cynthia Ann (Roush) Russell, 67, of New Haven, WV, passed away on Sunday, January 28, 2024, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, WV, following a courageous battle with cancer.

She was born January 16, 1957, in Point Pleasant, WV, a daughter of the late William and Sarah (Kearns) Roush. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Billy Roush, Randy Roush, Timmy Roush and one sister, Carolyn Deem.

Cindy was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to many that will miss her very much. She was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary and loved taking care of others, spending time with her grandchildren, and playing cards.

Left to cherish her memory include her daughters, Crystal (Kenny) Reitmire, Sarah (Joey) Mayes; two beloved grandchildren, Brandon Roush, Zoie Mayes; brother, Russell Roush; sisters, Doris Lilly, Charlene (Gus) Diakomis, Betty Sloas, Alice (Roger) Jordan and several nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Service will be 2 p.m., Thursday, February 1, 2024, at Foglesong-Casto Funeral Home, Mason, WV, with Pastor Huling Greene officiating. Burial will follow at Graham Baptist Church Cemetery, New Haven, WV. Friends may visit with the family from 12 p.m. until time of service on Thursday, at the funeral home.
