Disa "Louise" Roush , 78 of Letart, West Virginia, passed away early Sunday morning, December 5, 2021, with family at her bed side, at Pleasant Valley Hospital, Point Pleasant, West Virginia.

She was born March 16, 1943, the daughter of the late Addison and Dorthea Thornton. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Clarence "Cecil" Roush; sister, Helen Lyons; brother, Lloyd M. "Thunder" Thornton and granddaughter, Brandi Roush.

Louise was a homemaker and was best known for her love of children and baking homemade biscuits, breads, and pies.

Survivors include her four children, Terry (Diane) Roush, Tena (Joe) Roush, Sherry (David) McDaniel, Tim (Stacey) Roush; eight grandchildren; six great grandchildren, and two sisters, Mae Morrison, and Judy (Ike) Spencer.

Service will be 12 O'clock noon, Friday, December 10, 2021, at Foglesong Funeral Home, Mason, WV. Burial will follow in the Hoffman Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:30 a.m. until time of service on Friday, at the funeral home.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Toler and the nursing staff of PVH 1 South for the wonderful care given during this difficult time and exceptional compassion and empathy given to the family.
