Gladys Almyra (Turley) Riggs , 79, of West Columbia, WV, passed away November 9, 2021, at her home following an extended illness.

She was born May 16, 1942, in Hartford, WV, a daughter of the late James and Freda (James) Riggs. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Riggs Sr.; daughter, Myra Luette Martin.

She was a member of the Spilman Church, West Columbia, WV. She enjoyed singing, playing the piano, flowers, cooking and crocheting.

Survivors include her son, Kenny (Cindy) Riggs of Parkersburg; daughter, Jan Lipetzky of Hocking Port, OH; brother, Jim Turley of Letart; sister, Emalee Kearns of Letart; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Service arrangements are pending at Foglesong Funeral Home, Mason, WV.
