Haskell Lee Gillispie, 73, of New Haven, WV, passed away November 25, 2023, at his home following a sudden illness.

He was born June 12, 1950, in Nitro, WV, a son of the late Haskell Earl "Jake" and Doris Juanita (Hill) Gillispie. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Patricia Louise Gillispie; brother, Steve Gillispie; grandson, Tyler Grimm.

He was a member of the International Association of Heat and Frost Insulators and Allied Workers Union Local # 80 Winfield, WV with 30 years of service. He enjoyed watching Westerns, working word searches, Cincinnati Bengals and spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Survivors include his daughters, Pamela Grimm and Stacey Gillispie of New Haven, WV, Candy Gillispie of Orlando, FL; brothers, David Gillispie of St. Cloud, FL and Robert Gillispie of New Haven; sisters, Linda Mahan of Gallipolis, OH and Trisha Russell of Letart, WV; grandchildren, Tiffany Arix, Anthony (Ally) Grimm, Justin (Chloe White) Grimm; great-grandchildren, Conner Grimm, Jaxson Grimm, Avery Griffith and Jaboki Harris.

There will be no public services at this time. Arrangements provided by Foglesong-Casto Funeral Home, Mason, WV.
