James Henry "Jimmy" Reitmire, 47, of West Columbia, WV, passed away Sunday, March 30, 2025, at St. Mary's Medical Center, Huntington, WV, following a brief illness.

He was born September 29, 1977, in Point Pleasant, WV, a son of Thomas Reitmire and Janice (Roush) Reitmire. He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Henry and Lois Ann Reitmire and maternal grandparents, Arthur, and Irene Roush.

Jimmy previously worked Construction for SR Construction and was a member of the Carpenters Local Union 1159. He was an extremely talented artist, and enjoyed playing guitar, painting, and woodworking.

Survivors in addition to his parents, include his children, Wyatt Reitmire, and Ellie Jo Tucker-Reitmire; siblings, Thomas "Eddie" Reitmire and wife, Erika of Letart, Josh Reitmire (Allie Engle) of Rutland, OH, Jaime Reitmire (Ben Oldaker) of Hartford; five nephews, and two nieces.

Service will be 7 p.m., Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at Foglesong Funeral Home, Mason, WV, with Pastor Steve Tomek officiating. Friends may visit with the family from 5 p.m. until time of the service on Wednesday, at the funeral home.
