Kathryn Elaine (Ingels) Farr, 71, of Mason, WV, passed away, Monday, October 25, 2021, at her home.

She was born January 31, 1950, in Mason, WV, a daughter of the late Thomas J. and Goldie L. (Johnson) Ingels. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Patricia Laudermilt and Shirley Williams.

Kathy was a 1968 graduate of Wahama High School and went on to work for the Mason County School Board from 1974 until she retired in 2012. She loved teaching and working with children. Kathy was an avid reader, one of the kindest most giving hearts, and her laugh was infectious. She will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her only son, David Farr; granddaughter Karli Farr; 2 great granddaughters, Madison and Gracelyn, who made up the entirety of her world. She is also survived by two sisters, Harriett Laudermilt and Vonda Kay Ingels; one brother, Thomas Ingels; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

A time of gathering will be held from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. Sunday, October 31 ^st at Foglesong Funeral Home, Mason, West Virginia.

The family asks donations be made to Foglesong Funeral Home to assist with final expenses.
