Linda Lou (Gibbs) Petry, 69, of Hartford, WV, passed away Friday, May 31, 2024, at home, with family by her side.

She was born January 3, 1955, in Gallipolis, OH, a daughter of the late Lester O. Gibbs and Frances (Brinker) Gibbs.

Linda retired from PTI, Inc. as a Quality Control Specialist and was a member of the Church of Christ in Christian Union, Hartford. She enjoyed flowers and loved her dog, Cooper.

Survivors include her husband of 15 years, Charles Petry; son, Robert Board of Hartford; daughter, Teresa Cundiff and husband, Robbie of Rutland, OH; brother, David Gibbs of Letart; sisters, Paulette Gibbs of New Haven, Donna Kay and husband, Kent of Charleston; grandchildren, Alexis Board, Hunter Board, Brittany Cundiff, Robbie Cundiff, Garret Cundiff and seven great grandchildren.

Service will be 1 p.m., Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at Foglesong Funeral Home, Mason, WV, with Pastor Chris Neece officiating. Burial will follow at Graham Baptist Church Cemetery, New Haven. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the service on Wednesday, at the funeral home.
