May Elizabeth "Peachie" (Elias) Linkous, 91, of New Haven, WV, passed away Tuesday, September 13, 2022, at the Overbrook Rehabilitation Center, Middleport, OH, following an extended illness.

She was born May 27, 1931, in West Columbia, WV, a daughter of the late Hugh and Helen (Russell) Elias. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Linkous; brother, Lemley Russell and sister, Juanita Roush.

May was a homemaker and attended Bridgeview Church of God in Bridgeview, IL, where she taught the children's Sunday school class. She also attended the Church of God in New Haven, WV. May was faithful to the Lord, loved reading her bible and enjoyed garage sales.

Survivors include her sons, Russell Elias and his wife, Christy of Loveland, OH, Dwight Linkous and his wife, Marie of Portland, OH, Alan Linkous and his wife, Patricia of New Haven, WV; seven grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.

Service will be 3 p.m., Saturday, September 17, 2022, at Foglesong-Casto Funeral Home, Mason, WV. Burial will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens, New Haven, WV. Friends may visit with the family from 1 p.m. until time of service on Saturday, at the funeral home.
