Peyton Alan Morris, 19, of Mason, WV, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, October 5, 2023.

He was born March 8, 2004, in Huntington, WV, the son of Clifford Morris III of Mason, WV, and Carol (Boswell) Morris of Gallipolis, OH. Peyton was preceded in death by his grandfather, Glenn Morris.

Peyton was a 2022 graduate of Wahama High School. He lived a simple life and enjoyed music, riding his bike, and skateboarding.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his siblings, Hunter Morris, Caidyn Morris, Ryker Morris, Bowen Morris, Zoey Kapp all of Mason; grandparents, Richard and Leona Boswell of West Columbia; grandmothers, Lisa Morris of Charleston, WV, Mary McDonald of Mason; stepmother, Rose McDonald; aunts and uncles, Dale and Christy McDonald, Richard Boswell, Caddric and Emily Zerkle, Nathan and Richelle Ohlinger; cousins, Gus, Carter, Mackenzie, Jermaine, Abby, Mason and Saylor; and special friends, Auntie Ashley Smith and Perry Livingston.

Friends may visit with the family from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., Friday, October 13, 2023, at Foglesong Funeral Home, Mason, WV.
