Robert Earl Kay , 96, of New Haven, WV, passed away peacefully on February 11, 2023, at Pleasant Valley Hospital, Point Pleasant, WV, following an extended illness.

He was born May 25, 1926, in New Haven, WV, the only child of the late Earl and Anna (Burris) Kay.

Robert was a retired inspector for West Virginia State ABC Board with 14 years of service. He also worked as a Barber in Ravenswood, Ripley, and most recent, New Haven. He enjoyed vacationing at the beach and attending car shows.

Survivors include his beloved wife and companion of 51 years, Donna (Byus) Kay; son, Daniel Kay and his wife, Tirza of Letart; grandchildren, Braycen and Jealeen Kay.

Services will be private. He will be laid to rest at Kirkland Memorial Gardens, Point Pleasant, WV.
