Romulo Cabason Torayno, 73, of Letart, WV, formerly of Camiguin Island, Philippines passed away June 5, 2026, in Rivers Health Hospital, Point Pleasant, WV, following an extended illness.

He was born July 6, 1952, in Camiguin Island, Philippines a son of the late Galicano and Leopolda Cabason. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Emma Macas; daughter, Rogen Torayno.

He was a lifelong farmer and enjoyed farming, spending time with his family and friends.

Survivors include his wife Gloria Lucanas (Yucada) Torayno; sons, Martin Torayno, Junrey Torayno and Arjay Torayno all of Camiguin Island; daughters, Febie Friend of Letart, WV, Lina Delos-Reyes, Gracel Torayno, and Rogelyn Torayno all of Antipolo, Philippines; brothers, Lopeciano Torayno, Roy Torayno and Napoleon Torayno all of Camiguin Island; sisters, Trinita Borress of Zamboanga, Philippines; Terry Cherry and Elsa Washington both of Kansas City, MO, Antonina Walker of Grandview, MO; 9 grandchildren.

Burial/Service will be on Camiguin Island, Philippines.
