Ryan Anthony Whited, 33, of Hartford, WV, passed away May 1, 2021, in Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis, OH, following an extended illness.

He was born May 12, 1987, in Ripley, WV, a son of Shirley Ann (Michael) McDaniel of New Haven, WV and Randy Whited of Sissonville, WV.

He was a former retail clerk and enjoyed racing, NASCAR, dirt bikes, four wheelers and remote-control cars.

Survivors in addition to his parents include his daughters, Mallory Deeann Whited and Hailey Mae Whited of Chillicothe, OH; brother, Joey (Jennifer) Whited of New Haven.

Service will be 2 p.m. ~ Wednesday, May 5, 2021, at Foglesong Funeral Home, Mason, WV, with Pastor Charlie Kearns officiating. Burial will follow in Jackson County Memory Gardens, Cottageville, WV. Visitation will be from 12:00 noon until time of service Wednesday at the funeral home.
