Tamara Lynn (Hill) Hood, 66, of Mason, WV, passed away Sunday, July 21, 2024, at home, with family by her side.

She was born January 27, 1958, in Mason, WV, a daughter of the late Guy and Wanda (Riffle) Hill. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by daughter, Selena Ramsey; brother, Delbert Hill and one sister, Shelli Hill.

Tammy managed several local gas stations over the years and attended Faith Harvest Church. She was very active and well known around car shows and loved being able to show her Mustang. Tammy enjoyed flowers and loved her grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband of 30 years, Philip Hood; sons, Daniel Hoffman and wife, Vera of Denver, NC, Joseph Hoffman of Mason; sisters, Penni Rollins and husband, John of Letart, Tanowa McGarth and husband, Ron of Alfred, OH and eight grandchildren.

Service will be 7 p.m., Wednesday, July 24, 2024, at Foglesong Funeral Home, Mason, WV, with Pastors Scott Bauerbach and Mike Finnicum officiating. Friends may visit with the family from 5 p.m. until the time of service on Wednesday, at the funeral home.
