Thelma Mae Roach, 90, of New Haven, WV, passed away on Sunday, June 23, 2024.

She was born July 21, 1933, in Zanesville, OH to the late Ernest and Myrtle (Crawford) Gill. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, three brothers, two sisters, her son Stephan Roach, and her great grandson Brandon Jeffers.

She was married on April 20, 1957, to her late husband Lester Ray Roach. She loved spending time with her family, playing cards, bingo, cooking and baking, especially around the holiday, and travel.

She is survived by her sister, Jean Denton of Zanesville, OH; daughters, Patricia (Bernard) Hiles of Dresden, OH, and Kelly (Mike) Willet of New Haven, WV. Also surviving is grandchildren Bernard Hiles Jr. of Zanesville, OH, Terri (Mike) Strouse of Zanesville, OH, Misti (Andrew) Williams of New Haven, WV, Ryan (Stephanie) Greene of Waterford, OH, Raymond Justis of New Haven, WV, Stephen (Amber) Roach of Mason, WV, Shareen (Ian) Smith of New Haven, WV; ten great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.

Friends may visit with the family from 3 p.m. until 4 p.m., Sunday, June 30, 2024, at Foglesong Funeral Home, Mason, WV.
